Aria SG style guitar
Overview of this SG style Aria
The famous SG has been emulated! In the 70s, Aria released this splendid Aria style SG.
This one went through the Esprit Guitare workshop for a review and a small tuning session.
Work completed
No major problem to correct. It is therefore a good classic overhaul: cleaning and polishing, hydration and maintenance of the fingerboard, checking the electronics, checking the screws and mechanics, polishing the frets and checking the fret leveling, fitting new strings and adjusting the curvature of the neck, the action and the intonation.
Conclusion
Certainly, this is not an original SG from the brand that made it famous, however Aria knew how to make excellent guitars and this little gem is proof of that. The neck is a highway, the featherweight makes it a comfortable guitar and the sound is perfectly in keeping with the reputation of this guitar.
It’s seriously dislocating!!
