Norman Special Edition 1978 guitar
Overview of this Norman Special Edition 1978
Here is a lovely old lady at the Esprit Guitare workshop! This splendid Norman Special Edition was born in 1978!
And it is in perfect condition for its age!
It has a cherry top and body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard and bridge.
Work completed
A major restoration after general neglect… So the usual combo I will not detail here (you already know it by heart by now). Plus a lot of work on the neck.
I left the tuners upside down, out of respect for the amateur luthier who had replaced the originals with Schallers – but had not figured out which way they mount.
Conclusion
I hesitated for a long time about keeping this guitar for myself – I like it that much. The tone is raw and honest. I love it.
It is for sale.
