A magnificent Gibson Les Paul went to the Esprit Guitare lutherie workshop 🙂
A very classy look with its mahogany body and raw coat. The microphone covers are not original. They were added by its owner and we must admit that it adds a very British, distinguished touch 🙂
The program is simple for this beautiful guitar: a good cleaning and a good adjustment. We play on the curvature of the handle and the height of the tune’o matic.
When you have a lot of influence on the height of the strings, it is preferable to also correct the position of the microphones (in height). It’s done 😉
Result, a very low action and a very pleasant handle.
And obviously, it sounds amazing. 🙂
